Policies
Appointments
All appointments can be booked through my website or by contacting me directly. Treatments and services provided are subject to availability. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Results from treatments may vary based on individual skin types and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
In the event you are needing to cancel or reschedule I do require a 48hr notice. If one is not given (within reasonable limits and at my discretion) a 50% fee will be charged to CC on file. If a CC is not on file a 50% fee will be required prior to rebooking. In the event of a no show (within reasonable limits and at my discretion) a 50% fee will be charged and I will not rebook you and you will be terminated as a client. By booking your appointment you agree to these conditions. Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late, I MAY need to reschedule your appointment at which you MAY be inclined to pay a rescheduling fee.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all forms of payment. Cash Card and Venmo. Deposits may be required for certain services and are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 48hours' notice. No refunds are provided for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please contact me. I will do my best to address your concerns.
Privacy Policy
I value your privacy. This policy explains how I collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Contact information, including your name, email, and phone number. Details about your skin care preferences and medical history (with your consent). Payment information (processed securely through my payment provider). I use your information to schedule and manage your appointments. To provide personalized treatment recommendations. To send you appointment reminders and promotional offers (if you opt-in).
Data Security
I implement security measures to protect your data. However, no online system is 100% secure, so we encourage you to be cautious.
Shipping
I only ship within the U.S for a flat rate of $10.
All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. I ship through USPS. Shipping times may vary please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. During high volume periods this time frame may be longer. Tracking will be supplied via email once the product is shipped. Thank you for shopping with my small business! Returns
No refunds are provided for completed services. If there is a concern, please notify me within 48 hours of your appointment. Due to the nature of our products, I am unable to return products. All sales are final.
Exchanges
I am happy to exchange any product that arrives defective. Please promptly email lindsay_esthetician@yahoo.com and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
Safety & Sanitation Policy
The health and safety of my clients is my top priority. I follow a strict hygiene practice and sanitize all equipment between clients.
If you are feeling unwell, running a fever or have symptoms of a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe it could compromise your health or the health of others.

By booking services, you acknowledge that certain treatments may carry risks. Please disclose any allergies or medical conditions prior to your appointment. I am not responsible for any adverse reactions that occur if such information is not provided.
